Terms of Service

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.

You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts to circumvent usage limits.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business outreach to contacts you have a legitimate reason to contact. You must not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email ("spam") to contacts who have not opted in or who have no reasonable expectation of hearing from you
• Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or any other applicable anti-spam or data protection law
• Send emails containing false, misleading, or deceptive content, or misleading subject lines
• Harass, threaten, or abuse recipients
• Upload contact lists obtained through scraping, purchasing, or other means that violate recipients' privacy rights
• Circumvent Gmail's terms of service or daily send limits
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Service

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through your account, for whom you contact, and for the legality of your contact lists. LeadWithEmail provides tools for outreach, contact management, campaign organization, AI drafting, Gmail-connected sending, and Autopilot recommendations — it does not send email without your action and does not verify that your recipients have consented.

What LeadWithEmail does and does not do

• We include an unsubscribe link in outgoing emails and suppress contacts who unsubscribe or are marked opted-out; you remain responsible for honoring opt-out requests and keeping lawful contact records, including those received outside the platform.
• We may, where implemented, help you manage unsubscribe and suppression signals. Automated bounce and spam-complaint handling is limited and not guaranteed.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts that abuse the platform, generate high complaint rates, or violate these Terms.
• We do not sell, rent, or provide recipient lists or contact data to you or anyone else.
• We do not guarantee that any contact list you upload is legally usable, accurate, or deliverable.

When you connect Gmail, you grant LeadWithEmail permission to send emails from your account and detect replies. You may revoke this permission at any time in your Google account settings. Revoking access will stop email sends but will not delete your LeadWithEmail account or data.

You remain responsible for all emails sent from your Gmail account through the Service, including compliance with Gmail's own terms of service.

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

If your payment fails, your account will be suspended after a grace period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You own your contact lists, campaign content, and email data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over content you upload or generate.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to operate the Service on your behalf. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose beyond operating the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use and upload any contact data you provide, and that you have a lawful basis to contact each recipient (see Section 3). We do not independently verify recipient consent.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or by emailing [email protected]. Subscription changes are managed through the billing portal. See our Data Deletion page for what is removed and what may be retained.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate Section 3 (Acceptable Use) or if your account is used in a way that risks harm to the Service, other users, or third parties. We will provide notice where reasonably practical.

On termination, your access to the Service ends. We will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EMAIL SENDS WILL ALWAYS SUCCEED.

We are not responsible for Gmail rate limits, Google account suspensions, or deliverability issues outside our control. Email deliverability depends on many factors, including your sending domain's reputation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
