Data Deletion Requests

Last updated: June 28, 2026  ·  LeadWithEmail (Love Ellie Inc.)

You can delete your LeadWithEmail data at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and the limited cases where some records may be retained.

1. Delete your account yourself

While signed in, go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm by typing DELETE. This permanently removes your account and its tenant data, including:

  • Your contact lists
  • Your campaigns and send schedules
  • Sent-email and reply records (including stored reply snippets)
  • Hot leads, tracking/open events, A/B tests, and daily stats
  • Your stored Gmail OAuth tokens

This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can’t sign in, or prefer we handle it, email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address on your account. We aim to delete your account and associated data within 30 days of verifying the request.

3. Disconnect Gmail (without deleting your account)

To stop Gmail access without deleting everything, use Settings → Account → Disconnect Gmail. This revokes the token with Google and removes your stored Gmail tokens. You can also remove access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting stops sending and reply detection but does not by itself delete email records already stored — use account deletion above for that.

4. What may be retained

After deletion, limited records may persist briefly or be retained where we have a legal or operational need:

  • Billing records — subscription and payment history held by our payment processor (Stripe) may be retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Card details are never stored by us.
  • Backups & logs — data may remain in routine database backups and server logs for a short period before they age out on their normal cycle.
  • AI usage audit log — we keep an internal, append-only record of AI calls (timestamp, account identifier, provider, model, purpose, token counts, and estimated cost). This log contains no prompt text, email content, or reply content. It supports cost accounting and abuse prevention and may be retained after account deletion.
  • Legal holds — we may retain specific records where required to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

We are still formalizing exact retention windows for backups and logs; if you need specifics for a compliance review, contact us and we will confirm current practice.

Even after you delete data from LeadWithEmail, you remain responsible for honoring unsubscribe and opt-out requests and for maintaining your own lawful records of recipient consent and communications, as required by applicable law.
