You can delete your LeadWithEmail data at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and the limited cases where some records may be retained.
While signed in, go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm by typing
DELETE. This permanently removes your account and its
tenant data, including:
This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you can’t sign in, or prefer we handle it, email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address on your account. We aim to delete your account and associated data within 30 days of verifying the request.

After deletion, limited records may persist briefly or be retained where we have a legal or operational need:
We are still formalizing exact retention windows for backups and logs; if you need specifics for a compliance review, contact us and we will confirm current practice.
Even after you delete data from LeadWithEmail, you remain responsible for honoring unsubscribe and opt-out requests and for maintaining your own lawful records of recipient consent and communications, as required by applicable law.
Deletion questions or to confirm completion: [email protected]. See also our Privacy Policy and Google Data Use pages.
