LeadWithEmail relies on the third-party services below to run the platform. Each receives only the data needed for its function. Services marked optional are used only when enabled or selected.

Service Purpose Data it may receive
Google / Gmail API Send your outreach email and detect replies, from your own Gmail account. Your Gmail OAuth tokens; the emails you send; reply lookups for contacts you’ve emailed.
Clerk Authentication and session management (Google sign-in). Your name and email from Google sign-in; session data.
Anthropic (Claude) Default AI provider — drafts outreach copy and suggested replies. Brand context, a contact’s first name/company/location, and (for reply drafts) the reply snippet. Not used to train models.
OpenAI (optional) Alternative AI provider, used only if you select it and a key is configured. Same prompt content as above when selected.
Google AI / Gemini (optional) Alternative AI provider, used only if you select it and a key is configured. Same prompt content as above when selected.
Supabase Managed PostgreSQL database (and file storage for brand logos). All account data described in our Privacy Policy, stored in the United States.
Railway Application hosting / compute. Processes requests in transit; no separate data store beyond the database above.
Cloudflare DNS, TLS, and CDN for our domain. Standard network/connection metadata for requests to leadwithemail.com.
Stripe (billing) Subscription payments. Card details go directly to Stripe — never to our servers. Your payment details (held by Stripe); we store only a customer ID and subscription status.
Telegram (optional) Optional push notifications (e.g. new hot-lead reply), only if you connect it. Your Telegram chat ID and the alert text you opt into.

Billing (Stripe) and Telegram notifications are configured features; some may be inactive until fully enabled for your account. We do not sell data to any of these providers, and we do not use Gmail data for advertising. For how Google data specifically is handled, see Google Data Use.
